Opening the box for the first time

Three things worth knowing before you start, because they are what people write to us about most.

The expansion kit is called the Sensor KitIt is sold separately and is not in a standard Classroom Set. More orders are reported as incomplete over that one naming difference than over anything that has ever actually been missing.
An order can arrive as two parcelsA Robotics Kit and a Sensor Kit often ship separately. A second parcel on the way is normal.
A board that seems dead is usually a wrong portIt takes a minute to fix in the control app, and Guest Mode lesson three walks through it. If it really is broken, write to us with the number printed on the board.
